With more than 100 industry accolades and numerous chef hats to his credit, this multi-award winning restaurateur invites you into his Tartufo world. While most young boys dream of becoming firemen, fighter pilots or police officers, Tony dreamt of becoming a chef. His journey with food started as a child in his family’s restaurant in Naples, Italy. Fast forward to today, he has completely fallen in love with the river city of Brisbane and couldn’t imagine opening up a an Italian Restaurant in any other place. Tony has an abundance of passion, knowledge and energy, come step into his world and understand why there is no topping this formidable chef.
