Due to COVID-19 our team is constantly paying attention to the rapidly evolving government guidelines. Tartufo will be adhering to the official number restrictions and operational protocols to keep our customers and staff safe. We ask anyone who is feeling ill or suffers from any COVID-19 symptoms to please stay at home and seek professional medical advice.

Our restaurant layout now accommodates a gap of more than 1.5m between tables to adhere to the social distancing recommendations. We have also introduced an online PDF/website system for our menus to avoid unnecessary surface contact.

Tartufo is proud to be a Soul SafeTM Member. By being Soul SafeTM Certified, we have the confidence and clarity to continue to trade with a commitment to a safe and virus free community. Soul SafeTM provides Tartufo team members the skills and education to manage our business in line with government requirements for COVID-19.

In accordance to Government guidelines we are required to record contact details of at least one person per group who enters our establishment. In order to reduce surface contact via pen & paper, we are using GuestHQ digital check in service. To be completely transparent, your details be will temporarily and securely stored online by this secure third-party service, in the event that any contact tracing needs to happen, the data will ONLY be released to the Government for COVID-19 tracing purposes.

Every establishment requires a name, email address and phone number, from at least one of the participating group of visitors. This is not an app that needs to be downloaded or installed, we simply require one person to have a smart phone that can scan a QR code or visit the guesthq.com.au website. Our staff members will be available to assist you with this quick procedure.

Finally, we would like to encourage our community to participate with the government’s official COVID-19 tracing app. This is not a mandatory requirement for entry into our establishment, we are just trying to do our part in helping speed up the eradication or management of the virus.
